Picked up a pizza an elderly couple ordered and one of the kitchen staff wrote on box 16.75 +tip LMAO. Luckily they had no idea what it meant, but I do… that was very unprofessional. Talked to owner about it and he just made the excuse they probably thought it was one of their friends and was just messing around…. not cool… I waited 10 minutes in my car while order was finished being cooked they knew it wasn’t a friend… just saying was very disappointed with this. The kid shouldn’t be fired but shouldn’t be disrespectful to customers… I would never allowed an employee to do this and make excuses for them… I have never had a problem with this drive thur until then. It’s just sad what young people think is cool to do to the elders in the community…disappointed…

On October the 1st around 7:00 p.m. I ordered a stromboli and I ordered a small sub, I asked them to lightly toast it, and it came out burnt. I called down there and I told them I wanted it lightly toasted and the boy that was working said that he fixed it and he could not help it if he was busy and it came out burnt period. You ask for something so you can enjoy eating it, but I could not enjoy eating it because it tastes burnt. And the boy says”I can’t help it I’m the one that cooked it, and we are really busy I could not help that it got burnt” but I paid my money for it to enjoy it. And could not enjoy it. If there was a way that I knew how to take the picture of the rest of the sub and send it to them, I would. But I will go down tomorrow and talk to somebody about my sub and I will take my sandwich with me. It’s really sad that I’m handicapped and I got treated like that. They will get their BURNT half of sub back.

Frank the owner is a pleasantly nice older gentleman, even when he is working! This drive thru is most definitely the pace we do. They are quick and friendly they’re. And b not to mention the food is AMAZING!!!!!! Process are decent toI might add….
